very buttery rice

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of butter
a sausage, cubed
1/3 cup of mixed vegetables
an egg, well beaten.
rice enough for 1 person.

Method:
  1. Cook the rice just like normal, but add in butter, sausage, mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
  2. Make an omelette.
  3. Serve the rice with the omelette.
Serves 1

A very heavy meal that i enjoyed. i dunno why... but i just wanna taste something buttery the other day... and this was what i came up with. pretty easy, very straightforward. nothing to look out for except the extra calories :p
