mee suah th'ng v2

Ingredients:
a dried mushroom, soaked and sliced
a few leaves of cabbage, cut into bite size
some chopped garlic, fried
an egg
some meatballs
two bundles of mee suah
salt and pepper to taste
a bowl of water

Method:
  1. Boil the cabbage and the sliced mushroom for around 5 minutes.
  2. Add in the meatball and fried garlic.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Finally, add the mee suah and the egg.
  5. Serve when mee suah softens.
Serves 1

another variation of mee suah th'ng. i wouldn't say it's nicer than the previous mee suah th'ng coz they both taste completely different :) i would say this is a more balanced meal compared to the previous version.

a word of caution though.. mee suah cooks very easily so don't cook it too long.
