pork omelette

Ingredients:
an egg, beaten
some minced pork
half an onion, coarsely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
some oil

Method:
  1. Stir fry the chopped onion, minced pork, some salt and pepper until fragrant. Once done, set aside.
  2. Pour the egg into the pan to make a plain omelette.
  3. When the omelette is half done (the surface of the omellete is still moist), spread the cooked pork on the moist side of the omelette evenly.
  4. When the omellete is almost done, flip to cook the other side (the side with the ingredients)
  5. If done properly, the ingredients should stay with the omelette :p
  6. Serve hot.

a pork omelette. i'm just finding ways to clear up my pork which my mom brought a few weeks back.. i was desperate for food so i just made whatever i had without thinking much. omelette is nice, haha one of my fav i guess. but hey, everything i cook here is my favourite food! :p i'll see what i can come up with the last portion of the pork i have in the freezer..

oh, you don't need to know how to make an omelette to make this dish. if you're too lazy, just stir fry the ingredients, then add in the egg, and scramble it up. but this way, the pan will get a lil bit sticky due to the pork. enjoy yourself! :)
