omelette in baked beans sauce

Ingredients (omelette)
1 egg
1 sausage
1/2 onion
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon oil

Ingredients (baked beans sauce)
3 tablespoons of canned baked beans
1/2 onion
some mixed vegetables
1 teaspoon cornflour
water
sugar, salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon oil

Preparation:
Cut half of the onion into wedges, and the other half coarsely chopped.
Cut sausage into cubes
Beat the egg evenly with salt and pepper

Method:
1. Stir fry the chopped onion.
2. Add in the sausage when onion is fragrant.
3. Add in the beaten egg.
4. Once the egg is cooked, set it aside.
5. Add in oil and stir fry the wedged onions until it is fragrant.
6. Add in mixed vegetables.
7. Pour in the baked beans and add in some water.
8. Simmer over low heat and add in sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
9. Dissolve cornflour in water and add into the sauce to make it thick.
10. Serve with rice.

Serves 1

well, this is another simple meal that i have been cooking for years. simple, one dish meal. oh ya, this is one of my favourite dish :p
