garlic rice with kai pah

Ingredients:
3 to 4 cloves of garlic
2 tablespoons of butter
1/4 cup of rice
3/4 cup of water
1 piece chicken keel
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:
Chop the garlic.
Grill the chicken with some butter. Do not throw the leftover butter.

Method:
1. Cook the rice with the chopped garlic, butter, salt and pepper
2. Pour the leftover butter from the grilled chicken into the rice when the rice is cooked.
3. Serve hot with the grilled chicken and some cucumber.

This is a simple dish which turned out to be very nice. It's even better than my previous chicken rice but this dish uses alot of butter. i'd recommend this coz it tastes really nice. just perfect.
